I run a small architectural practice based in BG Futures within the Bishop Grosseteste University. Are you thinking of altering, extending or even designing your own property? Are you requiring your builder to be on site in spring next year? If so, you need to be planning ahead.
Did you know the planning process takes a minimum of 2 months should you require planning permission. We tell our clients to build in a 3 to 4 month window for planning. Did you know it can also take 4 to 5 weeks obtaining prices from the right builder, once you have found him! If you are thinking of carrying out any of the aforementioned works and you would like to start early next year, you need to start the process now. We offer a free consultation in a coherent articulate way you will understand and assist in obtaining the right approvals and finding the right builder with the right price prior to spring next year. This way, you will be on site and finished before everyone else is beginning the process.
